Postage & Packing
Orders over £100 - FREE
Orders £15.00 to £149.99 - £6.95
Orders Under £15.00 - £8.95
Delivery
Normal delivery time to mainland UK is 2 to 3 working days, over 80% of items are delivered within 4 working days.
However please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
If dispatch will be over 28 days we will notify you by e-mail.
If you have provided an "Unconfirmed" PayPal payment there may be a delay of 5 working days before the items are dispatched to ensure payment has cleared.
It is not possible to provide exact delivery times or tracking information.
Parcels will normally be sent "recorded" delivery and you will need to sign for the goods upon receipt.
Delivery Address; Items will only be delivered to the address registered on the customers PayPal account. Motorbike-Crazy.com reserves the right to refuse delivery to "Unconfirmed" address. If you supply an incorrect address or you are away for several days, resulting in a failed delivery, you will be billed for the re-delivery charges, which are £7.50.
Special Order Items - some items such as Arrow exhausts are "special order." The dispatch of these goods is usually within 5 working days. However it may be over 28 days. We can not accept returns on "Special Order" items if you ordered the wrong part.
Cancellations
After The Goods Have Arrived; Customers have the right to cancel the contract to purchase an item within seven working days of its delivery.
To cancel the purchase contract you need to e-mail Motorbike-Crazy.com (click HERE).
Please carefully package the relevant item securely and return it to the address supplied so that we receive it within seven days of the date that the item was delivered to you.
We strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
You should be aware that once we have begun the delivery process your right to "Contract Cancellation" does not include our charges to you for postage and packaging.
If you need to cancel your order before it has been received you must E-mail your cancellation along with your original PayPal receipt to click HERE
Not Available Within Normal Delivery Times; If the item(s) you order is not available for delivery within our delivery times detailed above, we will contact you with details of the likely delivery date. In such circumstances you have the option to cancel your order, if you would rather not wait for the item. You will receive a full refund.
Refunds and Returns
If you receive any item(s) that is different to that which you ordered or it is defective, please return it to us within 7 days from receipt using the method with which it was sent to you. Please ensure you include a copy of the PayPal receipt.
Return Address - Please do NOT return items directly to BikeIt etc. You MUST contact Motorbike-Crazy.com before returning an item. Please contact us by E-Mail (click HERE)
Exchange - sizing charts are available on the web site, these are provided to ensure you order the correct size.
However if the goods you order do not fit you can exchange them, as long as you contact us within 7 days of the goods arriving. The goods must be unused.
Crash Helmets can only be exchanged if they are unused and still have all the labels and tags in tact. Unlike may other internet suppliers, we do allow you to try on the helmet, wear it round the house etc. to ensure it fits. But we can not accept crash helmets returned if the labels and tags have been removed or if there is ANY sign of usage.
Other Terms & Conditions
Tax Charges - The prices displayed for goods in our shop include UK VAT which is paid at source. No VAT is payable to Motorbike-Crazy.com therefore no VAT will be shown on your PayPal receipt.
Credit Card Payments - We accept all major credit and debit cards via the PayPal secure payment system.
Payment Security PayPal states;

Catalogue - The Motorbike-Crazy.com shop includes product photos. Photos are used for "display purposes only" and actual items may vary slightly. For items that fit several Motorbikes (such as screens) the photo is a generic representation of the actual product for your chosen Motorbike.
Out Of Stock items that can not be delivered within 28 days - if an item can not be delivered within 28 days we will inform you as soon as possible. However we do supply products from several high quality Motorbike part suppliers. Therefore we reserve the right to supply an alternative item that meets or exceeds the specification of the one detailed in the shop.
Guarantees - Every product purchased from us is guaranteed for 12 months, if your purchase fails in some way within this period you may return it to us and we will repair or replace it. This guarantee does not cover physical damage, damage caused by fire, liquid immersion or spillage, incorrect fitting, wear and tear, lack of adherence to any service requirements or any form of corrosion. All guarantees are in addition to and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Fitting Of Mechanical & Electrical Goods
Some mechanical/electrical knowledge maybe needed. "Universal" items such as indicators and rear lights may require a change of connectors, to standard bullet or spade connectors, on the motorbike.

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UK
Delivery Outside the UK - will be subject to an additional charge. Delivery to addresses outside the UK mainland is possible but please contact Motorbike-Crazy.com for delivery cost before ordering.
If you place an order without checking the additional delivery costs we will invoice you for the additional cost. The item will not be sent until this is paid. If it is not paid within 7 days the order will be cancelled and a refund made via PayPal. Costs will be deducted from your refund.
